Traditional real estate agents who call themselves "Buyers Agents," but also list homes for sale or work for a brokerage that lists homes for sale are not exclusive, nor are they dedicated to serving buyers. • Will you guarantee you will not try to change your relationship with me to "dual agency", "designated agent", "transactional agent", or any other relationship with reduced levels of service?
• Will you show me all the homes on the market that meet my needs, whether listed through a real estate agency, for sale by owner, not or the active market or in foreclosure?
• Will you point out negative aspects of each property as well as positive aspects?
• Will you provide information on comparable sales and help me formulate an offering price and negotiating strategy? 
• Do you recommend lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents and other professionals for services I might need before closing on a sale?
